About Us

Hello, my name is Randy Ratliff, and as the owner and guide for Troutfishers Guide Service, I want to welcome you to my site.

I have been an avid fisherman for most of my life, pursuing many species of fish. I have spent considerable amounts of time on mountain streams and rivers learning my craft. I was able to train with and learn from some of the greatest fly-fishing and fly-tying guides in the southeast. I am now able to include my love and passion for fly fishing into my work.

From beginners to the experienced, it is my goal to give my clients a memorable experience on the water. Our goal is for our customers to come back year after year.

I enjoy being able to teach new fisherpersons the joy of the sport. New fisherpersons are the future of our sport, and I love seeing the smiles on their faces as they learn to cast and catch their first trout.
